1. Are your carpets&mats warranted?

Yes. All our flooring are warranted for quality. They are warranted from 1 year to 5 years, depending on styles. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products.

3. Can I get a sample?

We are happy to provide samples for your evaluation. Most of the samples are free, except logo mats that need design and mats that are in large sizes. And we would be highly appreciated if you could pay the freight. If you place an order thereafter, the samples freight will be returned back to you by deducting from your order value.

4. Are your mats customized?

Yes, we can customize logo mats for you. Please send us your artwork and our designers will help to make it for you.  

5. What is your lead time?

It is usually about 20 days to 30 days after receipt of deposit, depending on mat styles.

6. How do I pay the order?

We support T/T, L/C and West Union payment.
